Should you drink coffee before or during breakfast?
Many people start their day with a good cup of coffee. Some people cannot even function without them. But since coffee is also quite acidic, drinking it before breakfast might not be the best option for everyone. Find out when you should be drinking coffee in the morning.

4.Best time to drink coffee for better workout
Are you trying to encourage yourself to exercise? Many people supplement their workouts with coffee because of the caffeine.
A research report found that drinking coffee before exercise could be an effective means of improvement. It’s also more affordable than caffeine supplements or powder (unless you go to certain fancy latte vendors you look at, Starbucks).
Another research report showed that caffeine can delay exercise fatigue and improve muscle strength and performance.
